Rebrand public display name SquadScope → Claracle (#373) (#374)

* rebrand public display name SquadScope -> Claracle (#373) Rename the public-facing product name to Claracle across visible site text: site title/description, homepage hero, header/footer brand, SEO title + OG/Twitter + JSON-LD publisher/author, about, methodology, privacy, dashboard, taxonomy/section intros, search UI, cookie banner copy, and the PWA manifest name. Internal identifiers are intentionally preserved: the jmservera/SquadScope repository name and all GitHub URLs, the window.SquadScopeCookieConsent JS object, the squadscope_cookie_consent cookie name, the squadscope-social-card.png asset filename, and internal data logs.
