docs: mark archived Podcast PRD and plan as superseded with tracking pointer (#367)
The Podcast Generation PRD and its companion execution plan were moved to docs/processed/ in #365, but their headers still read as active ("Accepted / amended") and the plan's companion-PRD path pointed to the old docs/ location. Clarify that these are archived reference documents and that remaining execution work is tracked by issue #355 and its linked issues (#335-#350). Fix the companion path references to docs/processed/.
