docs: archive implemented design docs (redesign proposal + icon spec) (#368)
Resolve the remaining PRD/backlog triage item from #332: the Calculon design-doc archival decision. - docs/design/redesign-proposal-2026-05.md → docs/processed/ Six-phase redesign plan is implemented (#170–#177 closed) and is superseded by the newer modern look-and-feel handoff tracked in #357 (epic) and #327–#330 / #358. - docs/design/icon-spec.md → docs/processed/ Implemented by #175/#176; shipped icon/favicon assets are the live source of truth. docs/design/visual-verification.md is intentionally kept live as PR-review guidance (updated by #330).
