Use English "AI multi-agent peer review" instead of Turkish "HAKEM"
Author asked to keep the package's user-facing copy English-only. The corresponding tool was also renamed `hakem_review_paper` → `ai_review_paper` upstream (commit 5a9426c in SelfPy/science-ai-mcp-server).
