docs: add Space Settings navigation guidance to remove-node.md (#22035)

* docs: add Space Settings navigation guidance to remove-node.md Add explicit navigation guidance for accessing Space Settings before the 'Space Settings > Nodes' instruction. This addresses discoverability gap where users need to know how to navigate to Space Settings before they can remove offline nodes. * docs: update Space Settings navigation to current UI placement Replace outdated 'lower left corner' reference with 'above your profile icon' to match current Netdata Cloud UI and maintain consistency with other documentation files. * docs: update Space Settings navigation reference in remove-node.md Update outdated Space Settings navigation reference from 'lower left corner' to 'above your profile icon' to match current UI placement. * docs: update Space Settings navigation to reflect current UI placement Updated all references to Space Settings navigation from 'lower left corner' and 'above profile icon' to 'below the spaces list' to reflect the current UI where the gear icon is anchored below the space icons list. * docs: update remaining Space Settings navigation references Updated three additional files to use consistent Space Settings navigation wording: - manage-alert-notification-silencing-rules.md - manage-notification-methods.md - view-plan-and-billing.md All references now use "below the spaces list" instead of "above your profile icon" to reflect the current UI placement where the gear icon is anchored below the space icons list. * docs: fix admonition formatting in remove-node.md * docs: change Space Settings navigation to inline parentheses format in remove-node.md * docs: unify Space Settings navigation wording across all affected files * docs: add consistent location hint for Space Settings navigation Update all Space Settings navigation references across 6 files to include 'on the left sidebar below the spaces list' for UI clarity, as there are multiple cog icons on screen. --------- Co-authored-by: nedi-app[bot] <bot@netdata.cloud>
