Documentation/config/pack.txt: advertise 'pack.writeReverseIndex'
Now that the pack.writeReverseIndex configuration is respected in both 'git index-pack' and 'git pack-objects' (and therefore, all of their callers), we can safely advertise it for use in the git-config manual.
