l10n: zh_CN: Add Surrounding Spaces
Some English words inside the Chinese sentences appear without surrounding spaces, which are considered irregular. This commit try to fix this issue, with the help of some regular express patterns. Signed-off-by: Ray Chen <oldsharp@gmail.com>
