git-send-email: ask what to do with an invalid email address

Now we quit by default. Signed-off-by: Krzysztof Mazur <krzysiek@podlesie.net> Suggested-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com> Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com>
