Documentation: implement linkgit macro for Asciidoctor

AsciiDoc uses a configuration file to implement macros like linkgit, while Asciidoctor uses Ruby extensions. Implement a Ruby extension that implements the linkgit macro for Asciidoctor in the same way that asciidoc.conf does for AsciiDoc.
