Merge branch 'ab/send-email-transferencoding-fix'

Since "git send-email" learned to take 'auto' as the value for the transfer-encoding, it by mistake stopped honoring the values given to the configuration variables sendemail.transferencoding and/or sendemail.<ident>.transferencoding.
