commit: typofix for xxFFF[EF] check
We wanted to catch all codepoints that ends with FFFE and FFFF, not with 0FFFE and 0FFFF. Noticed and corrected by Peter Krefting. Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com>
