pack-protocol doc: typofix for PKT-LINE

Everywhere else we use PKT-LINE to denote the pkt-line formatted data, but "shallow/deepen" messages are described with PKT_LINE(). Fix them. Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com>
