Depend on onde 1.3.2 from crates.io
1.3.2 ships ChatEngine::complete, so the path override to a sibling onde checkout is no longer needed. It also broke CI, where ../onde does not exist. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
