Merge main into development (resolve promotion conflict)

Reconcile main and development after 1.3.1 was cut directly on main. Keep development's 1.3.2 workspace version and the tvOS+watchOS ed-mcp stdio guard, which supersede main's 1.3.1 and tvOS-only changes. Co-Authored-By: siGit Code v1.7.0-acp <noreply@sigit.si>
