Add .claude/skills symlink to .agents/skills
Let Claude Code discover the existing skill set (rust-coding-standard, sdk-swift-package, sdk-releases, uniffi-rs, and the rest) without duplicating them. Uses a relative symlink so it survives repo moves. Co-Authored-By: siGit Code v1.6.6-acp <noreply@sigit.si>
