Update Dart SDK branding and dependencies
- Shorten and clarify Flutter/Dart SDK description in pubspec.yaml and SKILL.md - Update dependency versions: freezed_annotation to 3.1.0, freezed to 3.2.5 - Remove unnecessary ignore_for_file directive in frb_generated.dart/api.dart
