Ignore node_modules
Add node_modules/ to the root .gitignore so the React Native SDK's installed dependencies (sdk/react-native/node_modules and sdk/react-native/example/node_modules) stay out of version control. Nothing under node_modules is currently tracked, so this is a pure addition with no index changes. Closes #23 Co-Authored-By: siGit Code v1.6.5-acp <noreply@sigit.si>
