Release 1.3.2
Patch release promoting the unreleased ChatEngine::complete feature (PR #20 — caller-owned conversation tool calling, Rust-native only). Bumps all SDK manifests to 1.3.2: - Cargo.toml / Cargo.lock (onde) - sdk/kotlin/gradle.properties - sdk/dart/pubspec.yaml - sdk/react-native/package.json Promotes the root CHANGELOG Unreleased section to 1.3.2 and adds a matching pub.dev-facing entry in sdk/dart/CHANGELOG.md.
