Pin swift-nio to 2.101.0
The runner project declared swift-nio with from: 2.0.0, letting it float to any 2.x release on the next regen. Switch to exactVersion: 2.101.0 to match the version already recorded in Package.resolved and stop a future regenerate from pulling in a newer swift-nio release than this branch has been tested against.
