[eslint-plugin] Update hermes-parser to 0.15.0
This includes a fix where the HermesToBabelAdapter was incorrectly outputting a `ClassMethod` instead of `ClassPrivateMethod` in certain scenarios. This was causing issues with our eslint plugin as it would crash on any file containing private methods because a malformed AST was formed.
