Localization change from build: 152853595 (#41150)
* Localization change from build: 152853595 * Fix line endings in localized Resources.resw files Repair stray CR/LF corruption in de-DE, ko-KR, and zh-TW Resources.resw so the files use CRLF consistently, per validate-line-endings.py. Fixes are targeted per corruption pattern (dropped space, misplaced CR, stray inserted space) rather than a blanket conversion, to avoid altering translated text structure.
