Remove SLE15SP5, update SUSE SLE15SP6, add SLE15SP7; update openSUSE Tumbleweed (#13139)
* Update DistributionInfo.json * Updates for Tumbleweed (ARM64/X64 .appx & .wsl) * Updates for SLE15SP6 (.appx & .wsl) * Addition of SLE15SP7 (.wsl) * Removal of SLE15SP5 * Change Default for SUSE Switch from SP6 to SP7 as default for "SUSE".
