Localization change from build: 154493913 (#41313)
* Localization change from build: 154493913 * Remove stray CR characters from localized strings The localization service emitted lone CR (^M) characters into three locale files again, which fails the "Formatting & localization checks" CI job (tools/devops/validate-line-endings.py). Affected lines: de-DE 382, 1595; ko-KR 586; zh-TW 454, 457, 485, 486, 494, 534, 561. These lines were restored from the merge base; all other translation updates in this build are untouched. Note: do not use validate-line-endings.py --fix for this. It rewrites each lone CR to CRLF, which bakes a real line break into the localized help text and makes CI pass on corrupted strings. Same fix as builds 153229291, 153342952 (#41202), 153487094 (#41210), 153569920 (#41217), 153796375 (#41234), 153857401 (#41237), 153966953 (#41254), 154009024 (#41258), 154188014 (#41281), and 154382310 (#41300).
