Merge feature/streaming-ux: fix model-load EPERM (HF cache override)

Spawned sigit now uses a writable HuggingFace cache instead of the entitlement-protected App Group container, fixing `Operation not permitted (os error 1)` on model load. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
