Merge feature/acp-sdk-1.0.1 into development

Moves the ACP SDK from 0.14 to 1.0.1, the latest the crate publishes. The 1.0 release put the schema types under a v1 module, so the import now pulls them from schema::v1 (ProtocolVersion stays at the schema root).
