Add siGit co-author trailer to commits
The system prompt now tells the agent to end every commit message with a siGit trailer: Co-Authored-By: siGit Code <version> <sigit@sigit.si> The version comes from CARGO_PKG_VERSION at build time, so it tracks the release instead of going stale. SYSTEM_PROMPT becomes a concat! to splice the version in.
