Bump CI Node.js to 22 to match pinned pnpm 11 requirement
pnpm 11.8.0 (pinned via packageManager) requires Node.js >= 22.13; running it under Node 20 crashes with ERR_UNKNOWN_BUILTIN_MODULE: node:sqlite. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
