Merge remote-tracking branch 'gh-paydii/development' into feature/add-UQFF-support

Migrate chat layer to the ed-agent SDK (Ed<TauriSink> in managed EdState, ed-agent/ed-agent-tauri 1.2.2) and re-apply UQFF support onto the new architecture: onde 1.3.2 ships load_uqff_model, so the obsolete [patch.crates-io] onde path override is dropped. History/status/progress now route through ed_agent_tauri::*; chat_download_progress is retained for model_downloaded_bytes. command_clear_history/get_history/get_status removed (superseded by ed-agent).
