ci: drop Onde sibling-clone step now UQFF ships in a release

onde 1.3.2 carries the UQFF support (ondeinference/onde#10), so src-tauri/Cargo.toml already depends on the published crate instead of patching to a sibling checkout. Remove the now-obsolete CI step that cloned onde's main branch into ../onde; cargo resolves everything from the registry. Co-Authored-By: siGit Code v1.6.6-acp <noreply@sigit.si>
