Fix the formatting of the startup check imports
The use statement in the tui tests was wrapped across two lines, but rustfmt keeps it on one since it fits. The Format CI check failed on the last commit because of it. Co-Authored-By: OndeCode v1.0.3-acp <noreply@ondeinference.com>
