docs: correct co-author trailer on back-merge to v1.7.0-acp

The back-merge commit (692d186) carries a 'v1.6.9-acp' co-author trailer, which matched the release tag at the time the merge was made but not the binary it ships: the version on the merged tree is 1.7.0 (Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, `sigit --version`). The system prompt's standard form is <binary-version>-<surface>, so this commit adds the correct trailer alongside the historical one rather than amending the merge commit itself.
