Check each cloud tier maps to its own onde- id
The test only checked the onde- prefix, so a tier wired to another tier's id would have passed. It now expects onde-<tier> for every tier, with oke as the one exception. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Co-Authored-By: siGit Code v1.5.11 <noreply@sigit.si>
