fix(docs): trust the tap with brew trust, not brew tap --force
The untrusted-tap error (Homebrew 6.x UntrustedTapError) is cleared by trusting the tap, which writes it into Homebrew's trust.json. `brew tap --force` only forces core taps under API mode and does not affect trust, so the install command still failed with the same error. Use `brew trust --tap getsigit/tap` between the tap and install steps, and apply it to npm/README.md.tmpl too so the generated npm README does not revert on the next release.
