Give the endpoint-error tests the same 60s as the other ACP tests

acp_endpoint_errors is the first test file to start the freshly built binary. On the Intel macOS runner that first launch is slow: the file took 25s on development at 7afb5ac, and on this branch initialize timed out at the 30s limit twice in a row. The other ACP test files already allow 60s. This came in with the base, not with this branch's changes. It is fixed here because it blocks the PR's checks.
