Generate release notes automatically
Set generate_release_notes on the release step so the notes are built from the PRs since the previous tag (the same output as the "Generate release notes" button) instead of being filled in manually after each release, as v0.6.0 was. Co-Authored-By: OndeCode <noreply@ondeinference.com>
