Wait up to 30 minutes for NuGet to index in the MCP Registry release
The v0.7.5 run gave up after 10 minutes, but nuget.org took longer than that to list the package. Poll 60 times at 30 second intervals instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
