fix(npm): add linux-arm64 platform package to npm distributions (#65)
The release-npm.yml and release-xcrs-npm.yml workflows build 6 platform targets (including linux-arm64-glibc on ubuntu-24.04-arm), but render-main-package.cjs only listed 5 platformSuffixes — linux-arm64 was missing. This caused the linux-arm64-glibc matrix job to fail with E404 on npm publish, since @smbcloud/cli-linux-arm64 was never registered and the base package's optionalDependencies didn't reference it. Add linux-arm64 to platformSuffixes in render-main-package.cjs and to the checked-in optionalDependencies in both smbcloud-cli/package.json and xcrs/package.json, bringing them in lockstep with the 6-target build matrix.
