Name the exit code when apps upload fails
The failure line printed the Option with debug formatting, so a real rejection read "altool upload failed (exit code Some(1))". It now says "exit code 1", and gives a separate message when altool was killed by a signal and has no exit code. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
