docs: retire repo — point to smbcloud-cli/website
The docs site has moved into the smbcloud-cli monorepo (website/) and is deployed from there. Content is unchanged (identical to the migrated version); this marks the repo read-only and directs contributors to smbcloud-cli. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
