Add attachments, exports, and TTS improvements

Add attachment helpers and UI support for text/image/audio attachments; allow attaching .txt/.md files, text preview, and inline image base64 handling. Expand DataBackupService to export/import version 3 (conversations, single-conversation export, saved messages/folders, servers, model metadata) and support zip/json exports/imports. Add conversation export UI, conversation-level export/import flows, and storage/prefs hooks. Enhance chat logic: trim content, create conversation from attachments, edit-save-only vs regenerate flow, generate response for last user, scroll-to-bottom FAB. TTS: preprocess markdown for speech (optional setting), track playing message/conversation, allow jumping to playing message, add TTS text processor. Misc: rotating welcome messages, persona preview toggle, focus/search improvements, many localization keys.
