Documentation now has its own home at docs.sigit.si, making product and developer guidance easier to find and browse.

#Branch URLs with slashes

Tree, file, raw-file, and commit-history pages correctly resolve branch names that contain /. This prevents URLs with an escaped %2F in the branch name from causing server errors, while retaining compatibility with previously indexed links.

Markdown links and images within repositories now generate the same slash-preserving URLs.

Updated application dependencies to keep the platform current with upstream maintenance and security releases.
