  1. PR #25 Review: Reviewed manual crawl-to-publish dry run validation

    • Identified schema mismatch: data/analyzed/2026-W21-summary.md does not follow approved Signal/Noise/Gaps contract
    • Flagged as post-merge architectural follow-up (PR already merged on GitHub)

  2. PR #26 Review: Reviewed crawler hardening (Bender implementation)

    • Validation performed: live crawl sample run, pytest, hugo minify
    • All checks passed
    • Merged successfully

  3. Copilot Review Interaction:

    • Unable to formally approve/request-changes (authenticated account is PR author)
    • Outcomes recorded via PR comments instead

Issues Identified for Phase 2

  • Analyzed artifact schema alignment needed
  • Manual validation artifact should move out of data/analyzed/
