compat/posix.h: clean up GIT_GNUC_PREREQ() and UNUSED

Adjust the spelling in the GIT_GNUC_PREREQ() comment block. Signed-off-by: Dominik Loidolt <dominik.loidolt@univie.ac.at> Signed-off-by: Junio C Hamano <gitster@pobox.com>
