| 3 | Thank you for your interest in contributing to Siti AI ("the Project"), |

| 6 | This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") clarifies the intellectual |
| 7 | property license granted with Contributions from any person or entity. By |
| 8 | submitting a Contribution to the Project (for example, via a pull request), You |
| 9 | accept and agree to the following terms for Your present and future |
| 10 | Contributions. |

| 13 | Individual Contributor License Agreement and is intended to be simple and fair. |

| 15 | ## 1. Definitions |

| 17 | - **"You" / "Your"** means the individual or legal entity making a Contribution. |
| 18 | - **"Contribution"** means any original work of authorship, including any |
| 19 | modifications or additions to existing work, that You intentionally submit to |
| 20 | the Project for inclusion in, or documentation of, the Project. |
| 21 | - **"Submit"** means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication |
| 22 | sent to the Project, including but not limited to pull requests, issues, and |
| 23 | comments, excluding communication conspicuously marked "Not a Contribution." |

| 25 | ## 2. Copyright license |

| 27 | You grant to PT Sigit Mitra Bangun and to recipients of software distributed by the |
| 28 | Project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, |
| 29 | irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, |
| 30 | publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your |
| 31 | Contributions and such derivative works. |

| 33 | This license includes the right for PT Sigit Mitra Bangun to license the Contribution, |
| 34 | including under the Project's open-source license |
| 35 | ([Apache-2.0](LICENSE)) **and** under separate commercial terms. You retain all |
| 36 | right, title, and interest in Your Contributions; this Agreement is a license, |
| 37 | not an assignment. |

| 39 | ## 3. Patent license |

| 41 | You grant to PT Sigit Mitra Bangun and to recipients of the Project a perpetual, |
| 42 | worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated |
| 43 | in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, |
| 44 | import, and otherwise transfer Your Contribution, where such license applies |
| 45 | only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by |
| 46 | Your Contribution alone or by combination of Your Contribution with the Project. |

| 48 | ## 4. Your representations |

| 53 | - Each of Your Contributions is Your original creation, or You have the rights to |

| 57 | employer has waived such rights for Your Contributions. |
| 58 | - Your Contributions do not, to Your knowledge, violate any third party's |
| 59 | copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights. |
