#Trademark & Brand Policy

The source code of Siti AI is open source under the Apache License 2.0. The brand is not.

#What Apache-2.0 covers

All source code in this repository.

#What it does NOT cover

The following are trademarks and proprietary assets of Splitfire AB, and are not granted under the code license (see Apache-2.0 §6, "Trademarks"):

• The names "Siti" and "Siti AI"
• The Siti logos, wordmarks, and app icons (e.g. assets/app-icon.png, src-tauri/icons/)
• App Store screenshots and marketing copy under assets/
• The App Store listing and developer identity (Splitfire AB)

#What you may do

• Use, modify, and redistribute the code under Apache-2.0.
• Say your project "uses Siti's code" or "is based on Siti AI" — accurate, descriptive references are fine.

#What you may not do without written permission

• Ship a fork to the App Store, Google Play, or any store using the name "Siti" / "Siti AI" or the Siti icons/logos.
• Name your product, or imply it is endorsed by us, in a way that could confuse users into thinking it is the official Siti app.

If you fork and distribute, rename the app and replace the icons and brand assets. Keeping the code open while reserving the brand is deliberate: it lets the community learn from and build on Siti while protecting users from impersonation.
