siGit Code

A modular local inference LLM coding agent. Core component of siGit Factory.
Runs on your machine by default, with optional cloud inference when you choose it.

#Install

pip install sigit-code
uvx --from sigit-code sigit

This installs a native sigit binary for your platform. You do not need a compiler or extra runtime setup.

#Quick start

#Terminal mode

sigit

That opens the local chat UI. Editors drive the same binary in ACP mode, which needs the --acp argument.

#Zed

siGit Code works as an ACP-compatible agent in Zed. Add this to your Zed settings:

Then pick siGit Code in the assistant panel.
