siGit Code Review is supposed to follow up on its own findings: answer when you reply, and resolve the thread once a push fixes it. On GitHub it never did. The reviewer could not tell which review comments were its own, so it saw nothing to follow up on and stayed quiet.

#Replies get an answer

The reviewer now recognizes its own comments by the App's bot account. Reply to a finding and it answers: it agrees and resolves the thread, pushes back if it still thinks the finding holds, or leaves the call with you after a couple of rounds. After a push, it checks its open findings against the new code and resolves the ones the push fixed.

#A thumbs down is an answer too

If you react to a finding with 👎 or 😕 and write nothing, the reviewer takes that as a no. It posts one short line, resolves the thread if you left it open, and doesn't raise the finding again on the next review.
