v1.10.1
Code reviews no longer stall on unavailable tiers
Over the last two weeks some small pull requests got no review at all. When several Onde Inference tiers were unavailable at once, siGit Code Review spent its three attempts on them and gave up in about a second, then retried the same tiers.
Unavailable tiers are skipped
When Onde Inference answers that a tier is unavailable without running the request, siGit Code Review now moves on to the next tier without counting it as an attempt. Nothing was billed for those answers, so skipping them costs nothing. The review still stops after three attempts that reached a model, and after eight tiers in all.
Empty rungs use the next rung's tiers
If every tier for a review's size is switched off or unavailable, the review now starts on the next rung's tiers. The price stays the one for the review's size.
Tiers come back when Onde Inference says so
A tier that was unavailable is left out for as long as Onde Inference says it will be, between one minute and thirty minutes. Without that hint it is left out for ten minutes, as before.
Reviews that fail because every tier rejected the request, or because a tier ran out of credit, now fail and refund at once instead of retrying.
