v1.11.3

CICD runs on web merges

Merging a pull request on the web now starts the pipelines in .sigit/cicd for the base branch.

Pipelines start after a web merge

A merge made in the browser moves the base branch without a git push, and pipelines were only started by a push. A pipeline that runs on the default branch, such as a deploy job, never started when a pull request was merged on the web. The merge now queues the pipelines for the base branch once the merge commit exists, the same way a push does, and only for repositories that have CICD enabled.

If queuing fails, the error is logged and the merge still stands.

Rack 3.2.8

The rack dependency moves from 3.2.6 to 3.2.8 for four published advisories, among them a multipart parser memory exhaustion and a Rack::Static header rule bypass.
