#Runner egress

Jobs run by the siGit CICD GitHub App reach the network through an allowlist. actions/setup-node downloads Node from GitHub release assets and falls back to nodejs.org, and neither host was on the list, so the step failed with a 403 from the proxy.

The list now includes release-assets.githubusercontent.com and nodejs.org. Other hosts are still refused.
